Another Happy chief Cook's Original
It is a very simple dish and can be prepared in no time.
Servings: 10 crackers
Preparation time: 5 - 6 minutes.
2 oz. grilled peppers,
4 oz. sundried tomatoes,
10 black olives, pitted,
2 cloves garlic,
1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
Cut the grilled pepper and sundried tomatoes into little cubes and add the olives and garlic.
Put the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
Next, add the olive oil to the mixture.
It is now ready to be served.
You can use it as a sandwich spread as well, although it can be quite heavy.
