DutchDEER STEAK WITH CREAM SAUCE

Fried deer steaks in cream sauce, stir fried sugar snap peas, red bell peppers and mushrooms and boiled potatoes in their jackets.

Preparation time: Ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:

4 deer steaks,
0.2 liters cream,
50 grams real butter,
salt,
4-season pepper,
one piece of red bell pepper.

Other ingredients:

500 to 600 grams potatoes,
400 grams sugar snaps,
The rest of the red bell pepper into pieces,
50 grams of mushrooms.

Directions:

Wash the potatoes firmly, cut them into pieces and boil them.

Stir-fry the sugar snaps and the red bell pepper.

Cut the mushrooms in sliches and bake them goldenbrown.

Season the deer steaks with salt and 4-season pepper.

Heat a knob of butter in the pan and fry the deer steaks in 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side brown and pink.

Remove the deer steaks from the pan.
Take the deer steaks from the pan and arrange them on a heated dish.
Pour the cream into the pan and heat, stirring until everything is bound.
Add the baked mushrooms to the sauce.

Tip:

Season to taste with 4-season pepper and add very thinly sliced red bell pepper strips to the sauce.
