DutchPIRI-PIRI (RED PEPPER RELISH)

Piri-Piri, a sharp Pepper Relish from Mozambique that you should use in moderation. Prepared by the Happy Chief Cook.

Ingrediënten:

1 large lemon,
4 tablespoons olive oil,
60 grams red chillies (Piri-Piri peppers),
1 tablespoon salt,
2 cloves garlic.

Directions:

Juice the lemon.
Chop the garlic very fine.
Chop the Piri-Piri peppers.

Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic and Piri-Piri peppers well.

Spoon the mixture into a small bowl.
Serve with a small spoon.
Use it with moderation.
