DutchDemonic Chicken (Main Course)

A dish special made for Haloween.
Bloody meat bathed in blood, with the burning taste of Hell.
Your guests will be frightened when you serve this spicy dish.

Demonic Chicken, an original recipe for Haloween from the Happy Chief Cook.

Servings: 2.
Preparation time: approximate 20 minutes + 30 minutes marinating.


1 chicken fillet,
1 teaspoon Garam masala (available in asian store),
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds (Djintan),
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
0.5 teaspoon cardamom powder,
2 teaspoons chili powder extra hot,
1 Thai red pepper (seeds removed and chopped),
1 teaspoon edible red dye (powder) (available in asian store)
2 tablespoons sunflower oil,
1 tablespoon white vinegar,
1 level tablespoon wheat flour,


Add all spices and edible red dye together.
Then add 1 tablespoon sunflower oil and white vinegar.
Stir together well until the mixture becomes uniform.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and mix it through the marinade.
Let it marinate at least an half hour.
Stir together regularly.

Heat the wok with the remaining sunflower oil.
Once As soon as the wok is hot, you toss the marinated chicken pieces in the wok, and stir-fry it 5 minutes while stirring continuously.

Add in the bowl of the remaining marinade a few tablespoons water and dissolve the spices that have been left behind in the bowl.

Add all this to the fried chicken cubes and stir well to combine.

Add the wheat flour and stir well to combine.

Then pour in half cup water and stir together well until untill a based sauce is created.

Finish it with salt and 4-season pepper to taste.

Serve it in a bowl.

You can eat it with white rice and stir fried vegetables.
