DutchITALIAN SALAD WITH CAJUN CHICKEN

Italian salad with Cajun chicken. A simple starter, and pasta with spicy chicken is delicious.
This can really spoil your guests.

Italian salad with Cajun chicken. A simple starter, and pasta with spicy chicken is delicious. This can really spoil your guests. Prepared by the Happy Chief Cook.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes + at least 2 hours to marinate.
Servings: 3.

Ingredients:

300 grams chicken filet,
75 grams rocket salad,
1 box cress,
1 red Spanish pepper,
3 cloves garlic,
1 red onion,
2 shallots,
4-season pepper,
sea salt,
5 shoots Tabasco,
100 to 120 grams of pasta (Gli Artigiani di nonna pippina Festoni),
75 cc plus 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
100 cc balsamic vinegar.

Predirections:

Cut the red Spanish pepper in half lengthwise.
Remove the seeds.
Cut the red pepper into small thin strips.

Cut the chicken filet into small pieces.
Marinate the pieces chicken fillet with red Spanish pepper, Tabasco, salt and 4-season pepper.
Let it marinate at least 2 hours.

Cook the pasta à dente according to instructions on the package with a dash of sea salt and olive oil.
Drain the pasta and leave it cold.

Cut the shallots very fine.

Chop the garlic cloves very fine.

Cut the red onion into very thin slices.

Directions:

Make a dressing of shallots, garlic, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Divide the rocket salad on the plates.

Divide the red onion over the boards.

Cut three-quarters of the cress, and divide it over the plates.

Divide the pasta on the plates.

Divide the dressing over the pasta and salad.

Bake the pieces chicken filet around light brown in 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, and then spread it on the plates.
