A delicious vegetarian sweet dessert that is easy to make.
Preparation time: 60 minutes.
Serves: 4
1 kilogram of ripe mangoes,
0.25 liters powdered sugar,
0.16 liters cold whole milk,
4 units of saffron threads.

Peel the mangoes and remove the pit.
Cut the mangoes into small cubes, put them in a blender and puree it.
Add the powdered sugar, cold whole milk and the saffron, and puree until the mixture is smooth.
Pour it in the ramekins and put them in the fridge.
Serve it cold.
