DutchTOMATO SALSA

A slightly spicy tomato salsa from Argentina who is prepared with tomatoes, red onion, fresh roasted green bell peppers and red chili pepper and fresh parsley.
Doused with a dressing.
A delicious salsa that is also suitable for a barbecue.

Preparation time: 30 to 35 minutes.
Servings: 4.

Ingredients:

2 vine tomatoes,
1 red onion,
1 green bell pepper,
1 red chili,
2 tablespoons fresh parsley,
1 clove garlic,
1 teaspoon dried oregano,
1 teaspoon sweet red bell pepper powder,
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar,
half a lemon,
salt,
fresh ground 4-season pepper.

Predirections:

Preheat the grill to 190 degrees Celsius.

Notch in the vine tomatoes and dip them in boiling water 40 seconds.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
Cut the tomatoes into 8 wedges and remove the core and seeds.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Peel the red onion and cut it into small cubes.

Remove the seeds from the green bell pepper.
Cut the green bell pepper into 4 pieces.
Roast the green bell pepper with the skin on top until the skin begins to be black.
Remove skin and cut the green bell pepper into cubes.

Cut the red pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Chop the red chilli finely.

Take a big hand of the parsley and cut it from the plant.
Chop the parsley finely.

Cut the butt of the garlic clove.
slam with the flat side of the knife on the clove of garlic.
Remove the hard skin of the garlic clove and cut it cobweb.

Squeeze the half lemon.
You need 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Directions:

Mix the tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper, red pepper and parsley in a bowl and mix everything together.

Mix the garlic, oregano, sweet red bell pepper powder, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and 4-season pepper in a bowl.

Pour the mixture over the tomato salsa and mix thoroughly.
